Westie, I think they said 250 rooms, most of which are suites and some even 2 bedroom, so there could potentially be a lot more than 500 guests.
Well they say there are going to take into account neighbours concerns etc so perhaps you can get the proposed building a bit smaller and less intrusive. staying there in February and she said there were several large groups staying, corporate jolly’s etc, and they were very noisy. There was one incident in Antigua where they had a group of about 200 young Americans who really did cause chaos, judging by reviews anyway.
